While carving out 30 minutes a day to dedicate to my own, personal fitness is now a non negotiable, it hasn’t always been this way.

And, Oklahoma-weather permitting, I’m in my garden.

 
 

Every month I host a fitness challenge group, which encourages daily movement - and a day of rest! As a group, we encourage, support, and cheerlead each other’s victories regardless of their size.

For the sake of full transparency, I do receive a small commission as your coach. Does this make me a swipe-up influencer? Not quite.
